Purpose of the Committee
The Internal Complaint Committee supports a secure and dignified environment within the institution. It receives concerns confidentially, promotes awareness and helps ensure that complaints are considered fairly and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and acknowledge complaints in a sensitive manner
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality during the process
- Provide a fair opportunity for all concerned persons to be heard
- Promote awareness about respectful conduct and personal dignity
- Recommend suitable action according to applicable institutional rules
Submitting a Concern
Students and staff may submit a written complaint to the college office or contact an authorised committee member. The complaint should contain clear details of the concern and any available supporting information.
